It's been my passion ever since I can remember, and I look forward to surprising you with just how good you can be.”

Let's Thrive in 2025
Congrats to all of us for making it through the holiday season—now it's time to embrace the swing of 2025! This is the perfect moment to reflect on your golf game and map out a plan for improvement in the year ahead. As we’ve seen the PGA Tour kick off their season, many of us are inspired to dream about what's possible for our own games. But how do we turn those dreams into reality? Step one: get moving! Whether it’s winter walks, yoga, foam rolling, swinging clubs indoors, hitting the gym, or scheduling an indoor golf session with me, staying active is key. My nieces, who are Physical Therapists, always remind me, “Motion is lotion.” Movement is key to better mobility and a stronger golf game. I can share plenty of exercises to help you improve flexibility and mobility—just let me know! For the golf gadget enthusiasts out there, this week marks the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando. While I won’t be attending this year, you can tune in to Golf Channel for live segments, product demos, and interviews with top brands from the convention floor. The energy and buzz for the 2025 season on the convention floor is exciting to see. In other news, our Park Commission courses recently transitioned to new management under Kemper Sports. During the switch, my email was compromised, and I’ve been working with tech support to restore contacts and messages. If I missed your message I apologize, please resend it, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Stay active, stay inspired, and happy shoveling this week.
Celebrate the Winter Solstice and the Holiday Season with Joy and Golf!
The winter solstice has arrived! We're excited for the promise of longer days and more sunlight ahead. While temperatures are dropping, many of you are keeping your golf game sharp by practicing at indoor facilities—your dedication is inspiring. The holiday season brings a whirlwind of activity, but it’s a welcome time to cherish family, exchange gifts, and share well wishes. May this season fill your days with joy and may the New Year give you fresh opportunities to achieve your goals, on and off the course. Stay safe, have fun, and don’t forget to include a little golf in your holiday conversations. Maybe some talk about the new Elyte Callaway Driver, Bernhard Langer at 67 years old and his son winning at the PNC Championship, or how cool the Ryder Cup is going to be at Bethpage in September! Wishing you and your loved ones the happiest of holidays and a successful start to the New Year!"
